I'm excited to tell you about my new live online video course based on my recent book The Leap. It starts on January 14th,
and will run for five weeks. We'll exploring the characteristics of spiritual awakening with the help of poems, meditations, exercises and discussions.
Making the Leap begins on Sunday January 14th (8.30 pm UK time, 3.30 pm EST, 12.30pm PST). It costs £40 or $60. The course includes 5 live video sessions, all of which are recorded (so you can
watch even if you can’t attend the live session), powerpoint slides that accompany the videos, and a host of materials, including exercises and poems. You will also receive four audio files of the meditations which I will lead during the sessions. (You will receive 20 downloadable files in total.)
The course will highlight the main
characteristics of spiritual awakening, and help you to cultivate them. These include presence, gratitude, acceptance and dissolving psychological attachments.
Throughout the course, I will use some of my poetic reflections – most of them previously unpublished – as a guide, to illustrate the aspects of awakening.
