Making the Leap begins on Sunday January 14th (8.30 pm UK time, 3.30 pm EST, 12.30pm PST). It costs £40 or $60 (early bird pricing, £50 or $70 thereafter). The course includes 5 live video sessions, all of which are recorded
(so you can watch even if you can’t attend the live session), powerpoint slides that accompany the videos, and a host of materials, including exercises and poems. You will also receive four audio files of the meditations which I will lead during the sessions. (You will receive 20 downloadable files in total.) There will also be a chat box where you'll be able to ask me questions live during the session.
The course will highlight the main characteristics of spiritual awakening, and help you to cultivate them. These include presence, gratitude, acceptance and dissolving psychological attachments.
Throughout the course, I will use some of my poetic reflections – most of them previously unpublished – as a guide, to illustrate the aspects of awakening.
