I hope you are well. Below is a link to the 'Alchemy of Acceptance' which I led last weekend, organised by the Alef Trust. Apologies if you signed up but were unable to join - there were some
issues with the organisation's Zoom account. But after all, the session was about acceptance...So actually it was a test for you. (Only joking.)
In the session, I discuss how I learned to apply acceptance in my own life. I read two 'Alchemy of Acceptance' poems, and towards the end (at 43 mins) I lead a meditation on acceptance.
