I hope you are well. This is a short message to let you know that I have recorded a new edition of my Clear Light podcast, on 'Oneness.' I begin by reading my poem 'We are each other,' briefly discuss oneness and separation, then lead a meditation (at 7.35) to cultivate a state of oneness. I end with my poem 'The Essence' from The Calm Center. I also play the guitar at the beginning and end!
