I hope you are well. I wanted to remind you that this Sunday (25th Feb), I'm holding an online launch event for my book The Adventure. The event will be recorded on zoom if you can't make the actual time. 

 

As well as talking about the book, I'll be leading some meditations and exercises from it, and reading a poem or two. We cultivate the spiritual qualities such as dis-identification, gratitude and acceptance. 

The event beings at 7pm UK time, 2pm EST or 11 am Pacific TIme. I hope to see you there!
