Launch Events for The Adventure

I hope you are well. I wanted to let you know briefly about two launch events for my book The Adventure, which is officially published in the UK today.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 13th February, I'm holding an in person launch event in central London for the book, hosted by Alternatives. Further details here

On 25th February, for those of you who can't make it to London, I'm holding an online launch event. Details here

As well as talking about the book, I'll be leading some meditations and exercises from it, and reading a poem or two. It would be great to see you, either in person or via a computer screen!
