I hope you are well and are enjoying the summer (or the winter, if you're in the Southern hemisphere). This is a short message to let you know that on Saturday August 31st, I am leading an online workshop, lasting for two hours, organised by East West books.

 

This is my final workshop based on my book The Adventure, in which I'll read poems, lead meditations and contemplative exercises to guide you through some of the qualities of spiritual awakening. 

 

The workshop is at 7-9 pm UK time, 2-4 pm EST, or 11-1 pm PT. It will also be recorded and the video sent to participants, in case you can't make the actual time.
