Expansion Experiences - The Psychology of Time Perception and the Illusion of Linear Time will be published all around the world on 12th November 2024.
The book is about the mystery of time, and suggests that time is an illusion. There are chapters on my research into 'time expansion experiences' in accidents (like car crashes and falls), sport, spiritual experiences, psychedelic experience, and near-death experiences. I also discuss 'time cessation
experiences' in which time disappears altogether. I discuss precognition and modern physics, which both suggest that linear time is an illusion. I've had lots of encouraging comments about the book, such as the following:
