I hope you are well. This is a  final reminder that tomorrow (Sundaay Nov 16th) I am holding an online launch for my new book of poems and spiritual reflections, Back to Stillness. I will talk about my 'poetic journey' and how I resumed writing poetry 20 years ago, after a long hiatus. I will read many of the poems and lead short contemplations and meditations based on them. 

The event is at 7pm UK, 8 pm CET,  2pm EST or 11am PT. However, it will be recorded on zoom if you can't make the actual time. See this link to sign up for the event. (You must sign up in advance. There is a small charge for tickets, mainly to dissuade zoom-bombers!)
