Through meditation, reflection, and simple poetic forms like haiku, I will
show you how poetry can become a way of working with spiritual awakening in real life. During this experiential program, you’ll:
- Connect with your poetic muse and release creative blocks that may have kept expression dormant
- Understand why poetry has long been a natural language of spiritual awakening
- Practice guided meditations that cultivate presence, gratitude, acceptance, and inner
stillness
- Deepen your sense of connection with other people, nature, and the wider web of existence
- Gain a simple meditation-to-poetry practice you can return to time and again for ongoing spiritual growth
- How to express the sacredness of your body in poetic form
